The average production for the last four years was 19 tons for the Pinot Noir and 34 tons for the Chardonnay. In the past Bogle Winery purchased the Pinot Noir for $2,500 / ton and Alderbrook winery was purchasing the Chardonnay for $2,100 / ton.
On the corner of the knoll is a 50’ x 150’ (7,500 sqft) hay barn that could potentially be used as a storage / production area for a winery.There is also an attached 1,550 sq/ft work shop.Of course if you are more interested in live stock or horses then the hay barn has plenty of uses.There are two employee housing units that are 1,085 sqft each and can accommodate onsite help around the ranch.
