David Ashcraft is a licensed real estate Broker and started his real estate career in 2000. David was raised in a small coastal / agricultural community on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

David graduated from the University Of Central Florida in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. Soon after, David moved to Northern California where he started working in the hustle and bustle of the Silicon Valley. David worked for various companies including E*trade, Silicon Graphics and finally Nortel Networks.   In 2000 David was invited to join Bergman Euro-National, a real estate business that was founded by John Bergman and has been in business since 1967. It didn’t take long for David to accept and move into the world of real estate and wine country living.

David received his real estate license in 2000 and started working side by side with John Bergman soaking up decades of experience and knowledge. Since then David has been involved with extensive transactions including everything from raw land and development, residential sales, vineyard, vineyard estates, ranches, olive orchards, country estates and wineries. David has worked with John Bergman in writing numerous articles with topics ranging from real estate markets to vineyard and winery values. In 2004 David received his Brokers license and continues to work on diverse and interesting projects. David works hand in hand with John Bergman and their exclusive clientele that range from first time vineyard buyers to sophisticated winery owners.  Most gratifying is helping his clientele fulfill their dreams and over the years watching as their vision continues to blossom.  When not selling real estate David enjoys spending time with his daughter, catching a wave or two and enjoying a nice glass of wine.
